Return Policy

You can cancel your order as long as production hasn't started yet. Once production begins, your order enters various automated processes and is booked with our shipping partners, making it difficult to cancel. If you contact us right away, we'll do our best to stop it before production begins and issue a full refund. However, we can't guarantee the cancellation.

At Ethr Art Dept, we understand that mistakes can happen, as both our courier partners and team members are only human. While it’s rare, if something goes wrong, we sincerely apologize. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know within 14 days, and we’ll send you a free replacement.

As part of our guarantee, if your artwork arrives damaged or is incorrect, we’ll send an express replacement at no cost to you. It helps if you can provide a few photos of the issue.

If the item is wrong and you'd prefer a refund, no problem! Just return the incorrect item, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: If an order is not delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or customer-related issues (e.g., incomplete address or failure to collect the parcel), the customer will be responsible for the outbound shipping costs.

Simply contact us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide you with the return address. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unmarked, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. As a small independent business, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for unwanted items. For framed artworks or exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For your protection, we recommend returning items via recorded or registered mail. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Mystery Box orders. Purchases made with gift card credit will be refunded as store credit.
